In the real estate domain, we are successfully developing high-quality residential and commercial projects. These include “Bayotat Al Bandariya” and “Bayotat Rise,” both currently offered for sale. Notably, the “Ark” project on the Dammam Corniche, featuring a commercial mall, a residential tower, and a hotel tower, stands as a flagship development in the region. Our real estate division also manages and markets a substantial portfolio of distinguished residential and commercial properties, including the prominent “Sea Front” project on Al Qatif Corniche, “Road Avenue,” ” Al Barakat Tower,” ” Balhamer Business Gate Tower,” and Al Qusaibi Villege Furthermore, we oversee numerous residential complexes such as Rivan Residential Complex in Jubail, Amaya Complex, Rose Fall Complex, Ritan Complex, and Reem Complex, alongside the sales and marketing of villa and apartment projects like Mira Mar Villas, Marion Villas, Swan Villas, and Dorat Al Hamra.
