MEP Plus Electromechanical Contracting Company has announced the commencement of electromechanical works on the Revan Residential Project in Dammam, after being awarded the execution contract by Maya Real Estate Company. This project is one of the largest residential projects in Dammam City, and includes 8 floors and 217 housing units on an area of 11,500 square meters.
Under this contract, MEP Plus will be responsible for the implementation of all electromechanical works in the project, including:
- Installation of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Installation of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Installation of lighting and electrical power systems.
- Installation of fire alarm systems.
- Installation of security and surveillance systems.
