MِEP Plus Electromechanical Contracting Company has announced the commencement of electromechanical works on the distinctive Beutat Rise Residential Project in Al-Khobar, Al-Shobaily District, after being awarded the execution contract by Salem Balhamer Real Estate Company. This project is one of the most prominent real estate development projects in the Eastern Province, as it includes 22 floors and 132 luxury housing units, with a total project area of 30,000 square meters.
Under this contract, MِEP Plus will be responsible for the implementation of all electromechanical works in the project, including:
- Installation of high-efficiency air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Installation of advanced plumbing and drainage systems.
- Installation of smart lighting and electrical power systems.
- Installation of advanced fire alarm systems and security and surveillance systems.
